Crunchyroll Snags Oshi no Ko Season 3 in New Trailer Reveal, January 2026 Release Date (UPDATED)

Crunchyroll revealed at NYCC that it has acquired streaming rights to Oshi no Ko Season 3, the popular anime adaptation of Aka Akasaka’s best-selling manga of the same name. It’s unclear whether Oshi no Ko Season 3 will be exclusive to the platform; HIDIVE streamed the first two seasons. We’ll update the article when HIDIVE confirms. UPDATE: A spokesperson for HIDIVE has stated that it will not be streaming Oshi no Ko Season 3 at this time. You can check out the new English-subtitled Oshi no Ko Season 3 trailer below. The anime premieres in January 2026.

Oshi no Ko Season 3 – Trailer

Daisuke Hiramaki directs Oshi no Ko Season 3 at studio Doga Kobo. Season 2 assistant directors Ciao Nekotomi and Kuniyasu Nishina will not be returning in those roles. The anime will stream in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS. Crunchyroll describes Oshi no Ko Season 3:
