JUJUTSU KAISEN Season 3 anime has revealed the preview images and synopsis for Episode 8 ahead of its February 26 premiere. Studio MAPPA is back to animate the third season, with Shota Goshozono as the director. The anime previously topped the weekly ranking twice in a row after Maki’s episode, while it aired a recap last week.
The upcoming episode is titled “Tokyo No. 1 Colony, Part 2,” and you can check out the preview images and synopsis below:

Meanwhile, in the present day, Itadori and Fushiguro entered the Tokyo No. 1 Colony of the barrier and were transported to separate locations. Itadori received information that “Higuruma is in Ikebukuro,” while Fushiguro was told that “Higuruma is in Shinjuku.” Guided to different places, the two each encounter something unexpected.

Gege Akutami’s JUJUTSU KAISEN manga officially ended on September 30, 2024. It was serialized for 6-and-a-half-years since March 2018, with the story getting concluded in 30 volumes. Volumes 29 and 30 both released on December 25, 2024. VIZ Media licensed the manga in English.
Studio MAPPA previously animated both seasons of the TV anime and movie for the franchise, while Crunchyroll is streaming them. The story follows Yuji Itadori, a boy with insane physical abilities who ends up joining a school for jujutsu sorcerers after an encounter with Megumi Fushiguro, Satoru Gojo and Sukuna Ryomen. To delay getting executed for eating one of Sukuna’s fingers, Yuji takes on the task of finding and eating the remaining 19 fingers of the ‘strongest sorcerer in history’ in order to try and get rid of him. However, things don’t quite go as smoothly as they’d like.
