JUJUTSU KAISEN Season 3 anime has revealed the preview images and synopsis for Episode 10 ahead of its March 12 premiere. Studio MAPPA is back to animate the third season, with Shota Goshozono as the director. The anime previously topped the weekly ranking following Higuruma’s fight against Yuji.
The upcoming episode is titled “Tokyo No. 1 Colony, Part 4,” and you can check out the preview images and synopsis below:
After being deceived by Remi, Megumi Fushiguro is brought not to Hiromi Higuruma, but instead to the group of past sorcerers led by Reggie Star. Fushiguro demands that they hand over their points so he can add a new rule to the Culling Game, but negotiations break down.
He ends up fighting three opponents at once, including Chizuru Hari and Iori Hazenoki. While struggling in the 3-on-1 battle, Kogane suddenly announces that a new rule has been added allowing players to transfer their points to others. Hearing this, Fushiguro steels his resolve and begins his counterattack.
Gege Akutami’s JUJUTSU KAISEN manga officially ended on September 30, 2024. It was serialized for 6-and-a-half-years since March 2018, with the story getting concluded in 30 volumes. Volumes 29 and 30 both released on December 25, 2024. VIZ Media licensed the manga in English. The spin-off manga, Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo, also ended last week after 25 chapters.
Studio MAPPA previously animated both seasons of the TV anime and movie for the franchise, while Crunchyroll is streaming them. The story follows Yuji Itadori, a boy with insane physical abilities who ends up joining a school for jujutsu sorcerers after an encounter with Megumi Fushiguro, Satoru Gojo and Sukuna Ryomen. To delay getting executed for eating one of Sukuna’s fingers, Yuji takes on the task of finding and eating the remaining 19 fingers of the ‘strongest sorcerer in history’ in order to try and get rid of him. However, things don’t quite go as smoothly as they’d like.
