BanG Dream’s Afterglow Releases “Start as Usual” Music Video

One of BanG Dream’s bands, Afterglow, has released a music video for their song “Start as Usual.” The song was released digitally in December 2024 and is included on their mini-album, ‘GLOW GOES ON,’ released on July 2, 2025.

The Afterglow band is composed of 5 childhood friends and the members consist of:

• Ran Mitake (CV: Ayane Sakura)
• Moca Aoba (CV: Sachika Misawa)
• Himari Uehara (CV: Emiri Kato)
• Tomoe Udagawa (CV: Hikasa Yoko)
• Tsugumi Hazawa (CV: Hisako Kanemoto)

The members of the band made a cameo in the first season of the anime which premiered in January 2017 with 13 episodes and was co-animated by Issen (a collaboration between OLM and Bushiroad) and Xebec. They then made more appearances in the second and third season of the anime, animated by Studio Sanzigen.
