I’m in Love With the Villainess unveiled the preview of episode 9 which is set to premiere on November 27. Additionally, the official website of the series describes the episode as follows:
The conflict between the nobility and the commoners was taking place in the academy. In the courtyard incident in which Dede’s magic went out of control, Lambert who is Lene’s older brother was actually the one behind it all. However, he was also forced by the neighboring Naa Empire to take the life of his beloved sister Lene. With the help of a masked man who suddenly appears, Rae and Claire join forces to fight off the Chimera, a monster that has been unleashed at the academy to kill the nobles.
The anime adaptation is based on the I’m in Love With the Villainess light novel written by Inori and illustrated by Hanagata. Studio Platinum Vision is in charge of animating the series with Hideaki Oba acting as director. Ayumu Hisao is writing the script, Yoko Sato is doing the character designs, and Noriyuki Asakura is composing the music. The main cast includes Yu Serizawa who voices Rae Taylor while Karin Nanami plays the role of Claire François.

The world turns upside down when a corporate drone wakes up as Rae Taylor, the heroine in her favorite otome game, Revolution. Rae is elated at the opportunity to court Claire François, the game’s villainess and the object of her affection. Armed with her knowledge of the game and events to come, Rae sets out to make Claire fall for her. But how will the villainess take Rae’s romantic advances?
