The Go, Go, Loser Ranger anime announced the ending theme song artist at the Anime Japan 2024 event. Akari Nanawo wll perform the the ending theme song, which is titled “Seikai wa Iranai” (Don’t Need the Right Answer).
Prior to the ending theme song information, Go, Go, Loser Ranger anime revealed that Tatsuya Kitani performs the opening song “Jikai Yokoku.” You can hear it in the recently released trailer.
Yostar Pictures is animating the series, with Keiichi Sato as the director. The anime will be streaming on Disney+ from April 7. The rest of the staff includes Keichiro Ohchi in charge of the screenplay, Kahoko Kosei as the character designer, Kenji Hayama as the animation supervisor and Yoshihiro Ike as the music composer.
The main cast includes Yusuke Kobayashi as Footsoldier D, Daishi Kajita as Hibiki Sakurama, and Yumika Yano as Yumeko Suzukiri. Azumi Waki, Yuichi Nakamura, Hina Yomiya, Akari Kito, Seiichiro Yamashita, and Hiroyuki Yoshino will also be appearing in the Go, Go, Loser Ranger! anime.
The Go, Go, Loser Ranger (stylized as Go! Go! Loser Ranger!)) anime adaptation is based on a manga series written and illustrated by Negi Haruba (creator of The Quintessential Quintuplets). It has been serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine since February 2021. Kodansha USA has licensed it in English, and they describe the story:
When the Monster Army invaded Earth thirteen years ago, the Divine Dragon Rangers rose up to stop them! With the war raging on, these great heroes are mankind’s last hope!
…or are they?
In truth, the invaders were subjugated within a year, forced to continue to crank out a monster a week for the Rangers to crush in front of their adoring fans! But one monster has had enough. Something has to change! He’ll rebel against the might of the Dragon Rangers and destroy them all…from the inside!
