The upcoming Dungeon People anime revealed a key visual and a new trailer featuring the theme songs on Monday. The seiyuu unit TrySail will perform the opening theme song “Micro Revolution,” while Nanawo Akari will perform the ending theme song “Blue Print.” The series premieres on July 6.
Additionally, three more cast members were announced:
- Wataru Kato (Rentaro Aijo in The 100 Girlfriends Who Really Love You) as Fen
- Yuki Sakakihara (Corpse God/Polka Shinoyama in Dead Mount Death Play) as Latta
- Akio Otsuka (Iskandar in Fate/Zero) as Brance
Studio OLM (The Apothecary Diaries) is animating the series with Sayaka Yamai (Life with an Ordinary Guy Who Reincarnated into a Total Fantasy Knockout) as the director. Toshimitsu Takeuchi (Life with an Ordinary Guy Who Reincarnated into a Total Fantasy Knockout) is writing the series composition while Hiromi Nakayama (Odd Taxi) is designing the characters. The cast includes:
- Sayaka Sembongi (Marcille Donato in Delicious in Dungeon) as Clay
- Sayumi Suzushiro (Nijika Ijichi in Bocchi the Rock!) as Belle
- M・A・O (Pecorine in Princess Connect! Re: Dive) as Fuurin
- Hochu Otsuka (Jiraiya in Naruto) as Renfringe
- Nobu Tobita (Kamille Bidan in Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam) as Sendai
- Naomi Kasumi (Lian Po in Kingdom) as Rangard
Dungeon People anime is based on the manga series written and illustrated by Sui Futami. It began serialization in Futabasha’s Web Comic Action in June 2020. It has 4 volumes currently available. Seven Seas Entertainment has licensed the manga in English and they describe it as follows:
