Crunchyroll revealed two new collections of sports-related products to celebrate the success of the “Haikyu!! The Dumpster Battle” movie. Anna Songco Adamian, the vice president of Global Consumer Products for Crunchyroll, introduces the collection:
“HAIKYU!! is a beloved anime series that has captivated fans worldwide for a decade and now, to celebrate the newest film from the franchise, we’ve teamed up with ADVANCED and Village Hidden In Iron to offer fans another way to get immersed and train for any match that comes their way.”
Fans of the slice-of-life volleyball anime can immerse themselves in the world of Haikyu!! and enjoy exclusive merchandise from Village Hidden in Iron, a fitness and lifestyle brand, specializing in intricately designed products built for maximum performance in all gym settings. Their Haikyu!! The Dumpster Battle collection with Crunchyroll will have eleven items including:
- Karasuno lever belts, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, and lifting straps
- Nekoma lever belts, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, and lifting straps
- A series of oversized T-shirts featuring Hinata, Kageyama, and the Dumpster Battle teaser visual
Meanwhile, ADVANCED develops performance and lifestyle supplements that cater to the anime and gaming community. Haikyu!! is a manga by Haruichi Furudate. It was serialized on the Weekly Shonen Jump from 2012 to 2020. Production I.G. has produced 4 seasons of its anime adaptation, including the first of the two-part finale movie, which premiered in Japan on February 16, 2024.
Haikyu!! The Dumpster Battle has garnered over $80 million worldwide and has received critical and fan praise from all over. It is currently out in theaters in multiple countries, while the first four seasons are available to stream on Crunchyroll.
