The Petals of Reincarnation manga has announced a TV anime, celebrating the series’ 10th anniversary. They released a teaser visual and trailer for the announcement, as well as a commemorative illustration from the author. The manga is listed as action, supernatural, and horror on Mangamo.

The Petals of Reincarnation (Rinkaneshon no Kaben) manga is written and drawn by Mikihisa Konishi. It began serialization in Mag Garden’s Monthly Comic Blade magazine in July 2014, while it transferred to the publisher’s Comic Blade website in September of the same year. There are 19 published volumes, with volume 20 set to be released in Japan on August 7, 2024. Mangamo licensed the manga in English, describing the story:
Toya Senji is talentless. He”s tried everything but he can”t seem to excel at anything no matter how hard he tries. Then he meets Haito, a Kendo champion and… humanity”s protector? She uses the Stem of Reincarnation to draw on the abilities of her past lives, but it only works when she slits her own throat. And now she wants Toya to join her?!
