My Hero Academia Season 7 revealed a new trailer for Deku vs Shigaraki ahead of their clash beginning next week. The anime will not have a new episode today due to the Olympics, with episode 13 delayed to August 17 instead. Check out some of their battle in the trailer below.
My Hero Academia Season 7 premiered in May 2024, following a four-episode recap special. The anime will run for a total of 21 episodes. Crunchyroll is streaming it, describing the story:
Izuku has dreamt of being a hero all his life—a lofty goal for anyone, but especially challenging for a kid with no superpowers. That’s right, in a world where eighty percent of the population has some kind of super-powered “quirk,” Izuku was unlucky enough to be born completely normal. But that’s not enough to stop him from enrolling in one of the world’s most prestigious hero academies.
In addition to Season 7, the My Hero Academia: You’re Next also began showing in theaters in Japan on August 2 to huge success. It will premiere in North America in October. The manga by Kohei Horikoshi ended after 10 years on August 5.
A global character popularity poll was also announced.
