Yakuza Fiancé is a Japanese manga written and drawn by Asuka Konishi. It has been ongoing in Kodansha’s Monthly Afternoon magazine since August 2017. The anime was announced back in October 2023, while the first staff and cast information was released in June.
The main voice cast consists of Hitomi Ueda as Yoshino Somei and Akira Ishida as Kirishima Miyama, while they recently announced Kazuya Nakai and Yoji Ueda as the voice actors for the main duo’s grandfathers.
The story follows Yoshino, the granddaughter of a yakuza family leader who is offered as a bride to a rival family. She meets Kirishima Miyama, a charming guy who actually has sadistic tendencies, and their relationship develops with the peace between families on the line.
