Adorable Penguin Koupen Chan Gets Anime Adaptation

The adorable baby penguin Koupen Chan is getting a TV short anime adaptation, with the release date set for April 2025. Studio Lesprit, which worked together with TMS Entertainment on Bananya Around the World, is animating.Music: Akiyuki Tateyama

Originally launched in 2017 on Twitter (now X) by Rurutea to provide encouragement, Koupen Chan quickly acquired a large following on social media. It follows the adorable baby penguin Koupen Chan as he spreads unconditional positive energy. A website has been opened for the anime, while you can also follow the penguin on Instagram.
