Hana-Doll: Reinterpretation of Flowering (stylized Hana-Doll* -Reinterpretation of Flowering-) anime revealed a new trailer, and it is set to premiere on April 9, 2025. Studio A-Real is animating, with Masahiro Takata as the director and series scripts by GyroKnuckle. The in-universe idol group Anthos will perform both the opening theme song “Clockwork Flowers” and the ending theme song “Fall Leaves After Fall.”

HANA-Doll is a Japanese 2.5D mixed-media project created by Movic. It consists of numerous drama CDs, music releases, stage plays, and the upcoming anime adaptation. The project is focused on the world of idols.
A manga series titled Hana-Doll: Flowering: Boys Were Still in a Dream* was serialized in Kodansha’s Shonen Magazine Edge from November 17, 2020, to October 15, 2021. It was ilustrated by Ikuhiro Nao and compiled into a single volume. The anime adaptation was announced on June 19, 2023
