SAKAMOTO DAYS revealed a new mid-season trailer, previewing the upcoming action-packed episodes. Studio TMS Entertainment is in charge of the animation. The main staff includes Masaki Watanabe as the director, Yo Moriyama as the character designer, Yuto Suzuki in charge of the screenplay and Taku Kishimoto in charge of the series composition.

Netflix is streaming SAKAMOTO DAYS worldwide, and it is set to run for two split cours. Part 2 will premiere in July. The anime topped our weekly ranking in Week 2 after its premiere.
Most of the voice cast previously got visuals and trailers, and it includes:
- Nobunaga Shimazaki as Shin Asakura
- Ayane Sakura as Lu Xiaotang
- Nao Toyama as Aoi Sakamoto
- Hina Kino as Hana Sakamoto
- Ryota Suzuki as Heisuke Mashimo
- Miyari Nemoto as Piisuke
- Natsuki Hanae as Nagumo
- Taku Yashiro as Shishiba
- Saori Hayami as Osaragi
Yuto Suzuki writes and draws the SAKAMOTO DAYS manga, which has been serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine since 2020. Studio TMS Entertainment is in charge of the anime adaptation, with Netflix streaming it worldwide. VIZ Media licensed the manga in English.
The franchise also announced its first game for a Spring 2025 release, while the second part of the anime is set for July.
