The Secrets of the Silent Witch anime has unveiled the preview for episode 2, premiering on Friday, July 11. Takaomi Kanasaki, under the direction of Shinsuke Gomi, is in charge of the script and storyboard for the episode. Megumi Nagayama and Satoshi Koike are the chief animation directors. The synopsis for the next episode:
Monica has taken on a top-secret mission and transferred to Serendia Academy. Her objective is to protect the Second Prince, Felix, secretly, without him ever realizing she’s his guard. Felix is the student council president at the school, but Monica, who is extremely shy, can’t even bring herself to enter the student council room or properly introduce herself in class. Unable to blend in with the other students, she retreats to the courtyard to have lunch alone. That’s when Elliott Howard, the student council secretary, appears and grills her, accusing her of possibly being an assassin sent to target the Second Prince.
The anime is based on a light novel written by Matsuri Isora and illustrated by Nanna Fujimi. A manga adaptation illustrated by Tobi Tana began serialization in July 2021. Yen Press is licensing the light novel and manga in English. Secrets of the Silent Witch voice cast includes:

Hitsujibungako is singing both theme songs of the series, and the creditless version of the opening theme song video has been released after the first episode’s premiere.
