Yano-kun’s Ordinary Days released a new trailer, which features the ending theme song “Better Off” by iScream. Additionally, Konomi Kohara joins the cast as Okamoto and the series will premiere on September 30.
Ajia-do is animating the series with Shinpei Matsuo as director. Deko Akao is in charge of writing the script, Toshihisa Kaiya is designing the characters, and Hideakira Kimura is composing the music. The opening theme song “POP LIFE” by FANTASTICS can be heard on the previously revealed trailer. The voice cast includes:

- Taito Ban as Hashiba
- Rie Takahashi as Izumi
- Ryota Iwasaki as Tanaka

The anime is based on a manga by Yui Tamura, which began serialization on Kodansha’s Comic Days website in June 2021. The series also received a live-action film adaptation that premiered in Japan in November 2024.
The plot of the series follows Yano-kun, who is super unlucky and always covered in injuries. Yoshida-san keeps worrying about him and takes care of his wounds. As they spend time together, her feelings start to grow. Will Yano-kun ever have a ‘normal’ high school life? A sweet and funny love story between a caring girl and an unlucky boy begins!
