The Final-Boss Prince Is Somehow Obsessed with the Chubby Villainess: Reincarnated Me anime revealed a teaser trailer at AnimeJapan 2026. Studio Lings is animating the series.
Naoyuki Kuzuya is directing the anime with assistant direction by Shusaku Kato. Mitsuki Hirota is in charge of the series composition and scripts, while Fumino Kakihata and Yukiko Sekita are on character designs. Haruka Shiraishi voices Celine Eldred, while Takeo Otsuka voices Wilfred Percival.
The anime is based on a manga series released as a webtoon written by Kotoko and illustrated by Kaname Hanamiya. It began serialization on the Mecha Comic and Comico Japan websites in April 2023. Kadokawa Shoten is in charge of the manga’s release.
Manga Mirai is publishing the English version, describing it as follows:
After dying of illness, she has been reincarnated as Celine, the selfish, fat, villainous duchess, sister of the heroine of a popular novel. If she stays this way, she will be killed by the hero prince and die a miserable death, just as in the novel.
