The official Twitter of the upcoming video game Kimetsu no Yaiba: Hinokami Keppuutan revealed the legendary flame hashira Kyōjurō Rengoku as a playable character.
Kimetsu no Yaiba: Hinokami Keppuutan will be produced by CyberConnect2 and published by Aniplex. Additionally, it will be based on Koyoharu Gotōge’s Kimetsu no Yaiba. The game will be releasing this year on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Steam.
What’s more, the game will be featuring 2 modes, namely: Solo Play Mode and Versus Mode.
In the Solo Play Mode, the player relives Kamado Tanjiro’s story which is completely based on the manga. Meanwhile, in Versus Mode, the player can play any two of the characters from the manga. In addition, players can battle against each other in a 2v2 match in the Versus Mode.
The upcoming mobile game Kimetsu no Yaiba: Kepp Kengeki Royale was supposed to be released in 2020. Unfortunately, it will be postponed in order to enhance its quality.
The free-to-play game will be a survival action game in which players fight in environments from the story, pitting teams of demon slayers and demons against each other. What’s more, is that players can use different characters and their various skills.
