Mieruko-chan Reveals 3rd Key Visual in 2 Versions on Friday the 13th

The upcoming anime Mieruko-chan has revealed its 3rd key visual. The official website for the show posted the two versions of the visual for the upcoming horror series on Friday the 13th, 2021. The anime begins airing in October 2021.

In addition to the visuals, a special program called Character Reading Project “Mieruko-chan” Original Ghost Stories was also streamed today, in compliance with Friday the 13th atmosphere. You can watch the special program below:

The website also released the details regarding the anime’s theme songs. Sora Amamiya (CV: Miko Yotsuya) will perform the show’s opening and ending theme. The title of the OP song is “Mienai Kara ne!?” (I can’t see anything, okay?!), while the ED is “Mita na? Mita yo ne?? Miteru yo ne???” (Did you see me? You saw me?? You seeing me, right???).

Mieruko-chan is Japanese manga series by Tomo Izumi. Kadokawa Shoten has been publishing it since November 2018 in ComicWalker magazine. The manga is still ongoing and currently has 5 volumes.

Ogawa Yuuki (Saekano) is directing the anime, while Ihara Kenta (Vinland Saga)is taking take care of the script. Studio Passione (High School DxD Hero) is in charge of the animation.

Series Synopsis

A normal girl was living a normal life until she wasn’t.

One day, she could see…everything. What’s a girl to do when hideous monsters appear no matter which way she turns?

And on top of that, nobody else can see them!
Obviously, there’s only one thing that makes sense-ignore them.
