The Sweet Reincarnation light novel series is officially getting a TV anime adaptation. It was announced on the official Twitter account of the publisher TO BOOKS, along with the information that the series has sold over 850,000 copies. Check out the official announcement:

Nozomu Koryu writes the original Sweet Reincarnation light novel series, with iillustrations by Yasuyuki Shuri. It began as a web novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in 2015, with volume 21 on set to release on August 10, 2022. There is also a manga adaptation by Midori Tomizawa and Seriko Iida, which began in 2017 and will release volume 8 on August 15, 2022. J-Novel Club licensed the manga in English, and they describe the story:
A pastry chef with a promising future is reborn as the son of a poor lord. The boy’s name is Pastry, and he will be the next lord of the territory. The struggles of young Pastry’s story begin here as he aims to make people smile with his desserts and create a land flourishing with happiness. The best sweet comes with the best tale. This is a sweet fantasy that takes the royal road to change the world!
