Call of the Night anime released a preview trailer and images for episode 9 along with the title and synopsis. The episode will be broadcast on September 1 and the title is “No Fair,” which matches the manga’s 29th chapter compiled in the 3rd volume. The preview images show vampires Seri Kikyo and Nazuna Nanakusa, the protagonist Ko Yamori, and a new character. With all the above-mentioned information along with the preview trailer, the next episode is seemingly animating the manga’s chapters from the 26th to 29th.
The episode’s synopsis features Ko Yamori’s interaction with a vampire Seri Kikyo:
Ko ends up going to karaoke with Seri. She says she has been stalked recently by a man, whom she calls a pain in the neck, who has had his romantic feelings towards her twisted. Suddenly, a person peered into the room through the door of their karaoke room. Seri finds the existence of the pain-in-the-neck troublesome and decides to kill him, but…
“I thought vampires would also have something to be worried about,” Ko Yamori begins this week’s preview trailer. He reveals that he feels annoyed by people who say romance is the true essence of your life. “So, what do you want to do?” “After everything was clear, it turned out to be simple.” After the human spoke, vampire Nazuna Nanakusa’s question concludes this video: “Ko-kun, I bet you found it to be unfair or something, right?” You can check the trailer on YouTube below:
