Japanese singer and artist LiSA, popularly known for singing Demon Slayer‘s opening song “Gurenge”, announced that she gave birth to her first child on Tuesday.
“I’d like to share some personal news, that I recently gave birth to my first child. I’m back stronger than ever, and so excited to continue making music for everyone. Thank you all for your continued support & I promise I’ll see you soon! Today’s another great day“, LiSA captioned on an Instagram post regarding her first child.

LiSA is a J-pop and anisong singer signed to Sacra Music label under Sony Music Artists. She performed theme songs for various anime series such as Demon Slayer, Fate/Zero, Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works, Sword Art Online, The Irregular at Magic High School, My Hero Academia, Angel Beats, and Nisekoi. Her songs “Crossing Field” (Sword Art Online opening theme song) and “Gurenge” (Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba opening theme song) were certified platinum by the Japan Record Association.
The artist revealed that she is married to voice actor Tatsuhisa Suzuki in January 2020.
