A Terrified Teacher at Ghoul School anime revealed a new visual for the upcoming Cour 2, along with its opening and ending videos. The anime began on October 8 and is running for two consecutive cours.

The anime revealed the first teaser trailer in July, which introduced the main cast. It consists of the following voice actors:
- Ryota Suzuki as Mikoto Sano
- Reo Tanie as Mamekichi Maizuka
- Akari Kito as Beniko Zashiki
- Han Ayasaka as Kuniko Utagawa
- Shun Horie as Rintaro Miki
- Ryota Iwasaki as Izuna Hatanaka
Mai Tanaka writes and draws the A Terrified Teacher at Ghoul School manga, which is serialized in Square Enix’s GFantasy magazine. Yen Press is publishing it in English. The story follows a cowardly rookie teacher as he goes to a monster school and tries to teach his mischievous students while avoiding their pranks. The show’s teaser visual also hints at his new life.
