Among Us animated series has revealed the first trailer, introducing the crew members and teasing the impostor. The trailer features no voices, and you can check it out below.
Owen Dennis will serve as creator and executive producer on the project, which was announced back in June 2023. The series is based on the game by Innersloth. They describe the story:
Members of your crew have been replaced by an alien shapeshifter intent on causing confusion, sabotaging the ship, and killing everyone. Root out the ‘Impostor’ or fall victim to its murderous designs.
Titmouse (Big Mouth, Star Trek: Lower Decks) is the animation studio. Chris Prynoski, Shannon Prynoski, Antonio Canobbio, and Ben Kalina are executive producing along with Innersloth’s Forest Willard, Marcus Bromander, and Carl Neisser. The cast for the anime includes:

- Ashley Johnson as Purple, Chief of Security
- Yvette Nicole Brown as Orange from HR
- Elijah Wood as Green the Unpaid Intern
- Dan Stevens as Blue, the Doctor
- Liv Hewson as Black, the Geologist
- Kimiko Glenn as Cyan, the Gemologist
- Patton Oswalt as White, a Contest Winner
- Debra Wilson as Yellow, Ship Cook #1
- Phil LaMarr as Brown, Ship Cook #2
- Wayne Knight as Lime, the Engineer
The Among Us game is a space-theme mystery game, in which players have to team up and figure out which one of them is the impostor. The impostor’s role is to murder their teammates and outsmart them until the very end. The game is available on Android, iOS, Windows, Nintendo Switch, Xbox and PlayStation. An Among Us manga one-shot was also released in 2022.
