Catch Me at the Ballpark Anime Reveals Trailer Ahead of April 1 Premiere

Catch Me at the Ballpark (Ballpark de Tsukamaete) anime revealed its first trailer at AnimeJapan 2025. Studio EMT Squared is animating, and the anime is set to premiere in Japan on April 1. Crunchyroll will stream it as part of their Spring 2025 anime lineup.

The anime was announced in November 2024. Studio EMT Squared is animating, and the anime is set to premiere on April 6. The new trailer features the opening theme song “Hurray!!” by GENIC, and you can watch it below.

Catch Me at the Ballpark – Anime Main Visual

Junichi Kitamura is directing the Catch Me at the Ballpark (stylized as Catch Me at the Ballpark!) anime, with Shigeru Murakoshi in charge of the series composition, Fumi Iida as the character designer, and Monaca on the music.

Tatsuro Suga writes and draws the original manga series. It began serialization in Kodansha’s Morning magazine in September 2020 and is currently ongoing. There is a total of 15 released volumes as of November 21, 2025.

The story is described as a heartwarming baseball love comedy dedicated to everyone involved in professional baseball, ‘filled with smiles and tears!’ It involves a gal beer vendor who is really an ‘ultra-pure-hearted girl.’
