Twenty years after the combining robot Dandivine defeated the mysterious Aposdoll, the world has settled into peace. Meanwhile, toy manufacturer Kasuga, once hugely successful thanks to Dandivine merchandise, has fallen into decline. When the Aposdoll suddenly reappear in Tokyo, high school student Gekiha Shijima is urged by his uncle, former Dandivine pilot Yusaku Kuroiwa, to board the legendary robot and face the returning threat.
