Viz Media licensed it in English. The manga also received numerous spin-offs in the form of manga and light novel adaptations.

The anime adaptation by ufotable began with the 26-episode Season 1, which aired from April to September 2019. Following its huge success, the sequel movie, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train followed in October 2020 and became the highest-grossing anime movie and Japanese movie of all time. The movie was then re-edited and shown as part of the 18-episode Season 2, which aired from October 2021 to February 2022. The 11-episode Season 3 aired from April to June 2023, while Season 4 aired from May to June 2024.

The Infinity Castle Arc was the longest in the manga, having run for 47 chapters (Entertainment District had 31, Swordsmith Village had 30). It begins at the end of Volume 16 and ends with volume 21. VIZ describes the story of the 17th volume, which begins the arc as:
The Demon Slayer Corps plunges into Infinity Castle to confront Muzan. Shinobu engages in a fierce fight against Doma, the Upper Rank 2 demon. Poison doesn’t work on him, so she finds herself in an intense struggle. Will she be able to defeat the demon who killed her older sister?! Then another demon appears before Zenitsu and blocks his way…

The anime only hasn’t covered the Final Battle arc (Infinity Castle + Sunrise Countdown). The Sunrise Countdown ran for 22 chapters in the manga and was the final part of the series.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hinokami Chronicles 2 sequel game was also announced today.
