A new fan campaign related to the Dropkick on My Devil! anime series is running from March 17 to April 30, allowing participants to earn rewards by posting reviews, artwork, and other content connected to the series.
The campaign is being hosted on the AnimeOshi platform in collaboration with the series’ rights holders. Participants can earn Katsu Points by engaging with episodes across the Dropkick on My Devil! anime catalog, including Dropkick on My Devil!, Dropkick on My Devil!! Dash, Dropkick on My Devil!!! X, and Dropkick on My Devil!! Apocalypse Day.
Points can be earned through activities such as writing episode reviews, posting fan art, tagging anime-related posts, creating playlists, and interacting with other user content. Rankings are displayed on a campaign leaderboard, and users who reach certain point thresholds become eligible for rewards.
Participants who reach 1,400 Katsu Points can qualify for a chance to receive physical merchandise shipped from Japan. Listed prizes include:
- Dropkick on My Devil! Vol. 13 Limited Edition manga (out of print)
- “Fallen Pop vs Destiny Noisy” Blu-ray (not-for-sale item)
- Dropkick on My Devil! Jinro (Werewolf) game
- Anime script from a random episode
- Pekora acrylic keychain signed by Yurie Kozakai, the voice actor for Pekora
Participants may also receive exclusive profile images for every 400 Katsu Points earned during the campaign.
According to the campaign rules, only actions completed within the campaign period will count toward rankings. Spam, duplicate content, or abuse of the system may result in point removal or disqualification.
Dropkick on My Devil! is based on a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yukiwo. The anime adaptation was produced by Nomad and aired from July to September 2018, followed by an additional episode in October of the same year. A second season aired in the Spring 2020 anime season, and a third season titled Dropkick on My Devil!!! X aired from July to September 2022.
The series has previously used fan-driven initiatives to support new projects. A crowdfunding campaign launched in 2022 raised 115 million yen, leading to the production of the special episode Dropkick on My Devil!! – End of Century Edition –, which was animated by Makaria and released in 2023.
The first season of the anime is available on Amazon Prime Video, while Crunchyroll licensed the second season (Dash) and the third.
