Featuring removable fabric clothes, the first two releases of the ¼ plastic scale figure line include Shiragiku Ono and Akane Hououji dressed in Café Terrace’s maid outfits. The figures are available on pre-order until 9-11 and will set you back a decent $254.
However, at ~17 inches tall, it’s money well spent. And if that’s not enough to convince you, once you get them, you can live the dream of kings! You can physically undress your waifu! All the figures in this line show off nose-bleed-inducing lingerie once their maids outfits are gone. Both figures are sculpted by Kyoichi Kawamura and feature paintwork by Matsuda Model. The Café Terrace and its Goddesses is simulcasting its second season on Crunchyroll. Adapted from Kouji Seo’s manga of the same name, the second season of The Café Terrace and its Goddesses is animated by Tezuka Productions and directed by Satoshi Kuwabara and tasks Keiichirou Oochi and Mayumi Morita with the script production.
Following Hayato Kasukabe, a man who defines the phrase “when one door closes, another one opens”, the story centers around the Café Terrace, which is bequeathed to him after his grandmother’s passing. Originally planning to sell the failing establishment to a developer who was set to turn it into a parking lot, he runs into a hiccup when he finds out that 5 college girls who used to work for his grandma are bumming at the café.
While he initially tries to throw them out with the same vigor that Rishi Sunak had when he tried to send immigrants to Rwanda, his heart is changed by the power of family (spelled hot-ass waifus). And with the help of his newfound familia, he sets out to revive the café in his grandmother’s memory.
