Genshin Impact collaboration with Baskin-Robbins Japan, known locally as 31 Ice Cream, began on September 8 and will run until October 6, 2026. The campaign features exclusive merchandise, character artwork and several limited bonuses, with demand for one of its main products already exceeding expectations.

Baskin-Robbins Japan announced that the Genshin Impact Ice Cream Set has already sold out at some locations. The company said purchases surpassed expectations and apologized to customers who had been looking forward to obtaining the set.

The collaboration’s main visual features Flins and Linnea visiting a Baskin-Robbins store, with both characters also appearing on exclusive acrylic stands included with the Genshin Impact Ice Cream Set. The set contains four ice creams and two acrylic stands, with Flins measuring approximately 14 cm and Linnea approximately 12 cm. A background card included with the package can also be displayed behind the stands.
