The Girlfriend, Girlfriend manga by Hiroyuki has officially ended with chapter 144. The final chapter was published in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine‘s issue #25/2023, which came out on May 24 in Japan.
The final chapter of Girlfriend, Girlfriend manga will be compiled in the final, 16th, volume that will be out on July 14 this year. The final volume will be available as a special edition that will feature all of the past illustrations that were used as bonus panels and illustrations by famous manga authors such as Aka Akasaka, Hiro Mashima, Negi Haruba and more.
The Girlfriend, Girlfriend manga was written and illustrated by Hiroyuki. It was first published in March 2020. Kodansha USA has licensed the manga in English, with 13 volumes currently out:

Girlfriend, Girlfriend (Kanojo mo Kanojo) manga received an anime adaptation from Tezuka Productions which aired from July to September 2021. A second season by SynergySP is set to premiere in October this year. The cast for the anime includes:
