HoneyWorks and Hina Tachibana will perform the theme songs for the Danjo no Yujo wa Seiritsu suru? (Iya, Shinai!!) anime. The opening song will be “Shitsumon, Koitte Nandeshoka?” by HoneyWorks feat. HaKoniwalily, while the ending song will be “Dear my Soleil” by Hina Tachibana.
It was also announced that Yuka Nukui will voice Rion Enomoto.
Hanon and Kotoha commented on the opening:
Hanon: “I am so happy to perform the opening theme for the anime Danjo no Yujo wa Seiritsu suru? (Iya, Shinai!!). This song is a cute and poppy piece with a lighthearted touch that complements the story well! There’s a little bit of mischief mixed in, so I hope you enjoy it too! What’s the meaning of love between boys and girls? Have you thought about it? If not, please take a chance to ponder it through this song and the anime. It makes me so happy that this lovely song will brighten the anime. Please look forward to it!”
Kotoha: “What is “love”? Will the mystery finally be solved!? I am Kotoha, and I had the honor of performing the opening theme for the anime Danjo no Yujo wa Seiritsu suru? (Iya, Shinai!!). The song perfectly matches the theme of the original work and brings a cheerful and heart-pounding melody to the anime. Will the friendship between boys and girls blossom into love or remain as friendship…? Where does the boundary lie? I hope you enjoy exploring this through the harmony and cheerful tones of the song! “Question, what is love?”—please look forward to it!”
Hina Tachibana also commented on the ending song: “I am Hina Tachibana, and I will be singing the ending theme song for the TV anime Danjo no Yujo wa Seiritsu suru? (Iya, Shinai!!). The song, “Dear my Soleil,” is based on the theme of love and captures the pure yet complex emotions of Yu-kun and Himari-chan’s relationship. It expresses the bittersweet feelings of closeness and distance during adolescence. I have sung this as a gentle yet heartfelt love song, perfect for the story’s atmosphere. I hope everyone enjoys it along with the anime. Please look forward to it!”
