Isekai Quartet Season 3 Reveals First Trailer, Features Cid (The Eminence in Shadow) Playing the Piano

Season 3 of the popular crossover anime series Isekai Quartet revealed the first teaser trailer, featuring Cid from The Eminence in Shadow playing the piano. The third season was announced in June, following the successful broadcast of its first and second seasons and the theatrical film which released two years ago.

Isekai Quartet originally started as a crossover between four isekai light novels published by KADOKAWA:

• Calro Zen’s The Saga of Tanya the Evil
• Kugane Maruyama’s Overlord
• Tappei Nagatsuki’s Re:Zero Starting Life in Another World
• Natsume Akatsuki’s Konosuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World!

Season 1 of the anime ran for 12 episodes from April to June, 2019. The Rising of the Shield Hero by Aneko Yusagi joined the anime for Season 2, which also ran for 12 episodes from January to April, 2020. The movie was released on June 10, 2022.
