Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 revealed the opening that features Tatsuya Kitani’s “Where Our Blue Is” (Ao no Sumika) theme song. The anime premiered earlier today. Studio MAPPA is animating it.
In addition to the opening, Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 also revealed the ending after today’s episode. The ending theme song is “Akari” by Soushi Sakiyama.
The second season of the popular anime will cover two arcs: “Hidden Inventory/Premature Death” and “Shibuya Incident.” Studio MAPPA also animated the first season of the TV anime and the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 movie. The events in the movie take place before the main series. The staff for Jujutsu Kaisen 2 includes:

The broadcast dates for the second season, which will have 23 episodes, are:
- July 6–August 3: Hidden Inventory/Premature Death
- August 10: Special Program
- August 17: Special programs
- August 24: No broadcast
- August 31: Shibuya Incident
