The Japanese light novel Keiken Zumi na Kimi to, Keiken Zero na Ore ga, Otsukiai suru Hanashi is getting an anime adaptation. As part of the announcement, a visual and information on staff working on the anime have been released.
The staff includes Hideaki Ooba as the director, Hiroko Fukuda on the series composition, and Yousuke Ito on the character designs. Studio ENGI is animating said series.
The Keikenzumi na Kimi to, Keiken Zero na Ore ga, Otsukiai suru Hanashi (You Were Experienced, I Wasn’t, And This is How We Started Dating) light novel by Makiko Nagaoka has been serialized by Kadokawa since September 2020 and is known under the shortened name ‘KimiZero’. At the moment, the light novel is on its way for a fifth volume release, scheduled for September 20.
It received a manga adaptation by Noyama Carpaccio, which has been serialized by Gangan Online since February. The first volume of the manga is set to be published by Square Enix on September 12.
Keiken Zumi na Kimi to follows the story of a high schooler named Ryuuto Kashima. He is forced to admit his feelings for Runa Shirakawa, a popular female high school student. For an unexpected reason, both go out on a date, but things took a turn when Ryuuto learns that a handsome soccer club member admits his feelings for Runa as well. All of a sudden, Runa pulls Ryuuto into the room and presents to the suitor that she is dating someone.
