Konosuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World episode 12 preview images have been released. The finale episode titled “An Explosion on This Wonderful World” will air on June 21, 2023 (Wednesday) at 25:00 JST and will be available on Crunchyroll and Bilibili in select regions. The demon “Host” offers a deal to Megumin — hand over Chomsuke to him and he will leave everyone and Axel alone. However, Megumin refuses to give Chomsuke up. She doesn’t sleep the night before the battle and tries to think of a way to defeat Host. Suddenly, Yunyun enters the room and speaks her mind to Megumin.

Konosuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World! is a light novel series written by Natsume Akatsuki and illustrated by Kurone Mishima. Studio DEEN animated two seasons of the anime adaptation in 2016 and 2017. Studio Drive will handle the animation of the third season. The same studio is adapting the spin-off light novel, Konosuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World.
Yen Press publishes the English version of the light novels and describes the plot of the spin-off as:
