The preview for Black Butler: Public School Arc episode 2 has been released. The website also describes the episode’s synopsis of Ciel and Sebastian’s unexpected situation.

Infiltrating Weston College under the Queen’s orders, Ciel and Sebastian investigate the mystery behind students who have been refusing to return home, including Derrick Arden, the son of the Queen’s cousin, Duke Clemens. However, regular students of Weston College are prohibited from seeing the headmaster due to his hectic schedule, so only the prefects, known as the P4, may do so. This leads Ciel to seek closer ties with the P4 by enhancing his reputation, hoping to gain the opportunity to attend a meeting exclusively for the prefects and their drudges. However, upon arriving with Sebastian’s specially crafted tea sweets, Ciel is confronted with an unforeseen turn of events.
