Upcoming badminton anime Love All Play revealed a new key visual, along with April 2, 2022 release date. Cast information has also been updated, with some well-known names joining the lineup.
OLM and Nippon Animation are animating the series, under Hiroshi Takeuchi’s direction. Riko Kaneda is doing character designs, while Tomoko Konparu is overseeing series composition. Yuki Hayashi is composing the music. Miharu Hirami, Irie Shingo, Tomoko Konparu, and Yokote Michiko will be writing the screenplay for the TV anime, which was announced in August 2021.
The cast includes:

- Kensho Ono as Taichi Higashiyama
- Tetsuya Kakihara as Youji Higashiyama
- Makoto Furukawa as Kouki Matsuda
- Youhei Azakami as Shouhei Sakaki
- Yuki Kaji as Akira Uchida
- Kazuya Nakai as Jin Ebihara
- Minako Kotobuki as Rika Mizushima
Love All Play is based on a novel by Asami Koseki. The novel was published in 4 volumes from 2011 to 2014 in Poplar Bunko Pureful imprint. The story follows a group of high-schoolers in a badminton club, as they navigate school and teen life. Ryo Mizushima joins his school’s prestigious badminton club and has to learn how to deal with clubmates who have very unique personalities, all while getting to work with the upperclassman he looks up to.
