The plot follows a man who loved magic so much that he dedicated his whole life to it. Megumi Han and Ai Kakuma are leading the cast as Sion and Marie, respectively.

The anime will adapt the Magic Maker: Isekai Mahou no Tsukurikata (Magic Maker: How to Create Magic in Another World) light novel series written by Kazuki Kaburagi and illustrated by Kururi, serialized in two volumes under the MF Books imprint in 2020. A manga adaptation by Tomozo Nishioka was serialized in MAGCOMI web magazine from 2021 to 2023 for three volumes.
