The Strongest Magician in the Demon Lord’s Army Was a Human revealed a new trailer introducing Dairokuten. Manaka Iwami voices the character who is one of the strongest demons who singlehandedly changes the course of a demon war. Initially seen as ruthless and cold, Dairokuten is actually thoughtful and seems to have a hunch about Ike’s true identity.
Studio A-CAT is animating the adaptation of Ryousuke Hata’s and KUMA’s light novel series. Norihiko Nagahama is directing, with Touko Machida on the series composition. Masami Sueoka is in charge of the character designs. Kohta Yamamoto is composing the music and the opening theme song which will be performed by Shun Ikegai. The song is titled “Ctrl C.”

- Cefiro: Shizuka Itoh
- Dairokuten Demon Lord: Manaka Iwami
- Lilith: Azumi Waki
The plot of The Strongest Magician in the Demon Lord’s Army Was a Human series, which also has a manga by Anajiro that is currently ongoing, is described as:
Ike is known as “the strongest magician in the demon king’s army” and is single-handedly conquering fortresses.
The way he mowed down the enemies with his immense magic is truly monstrous and makes him feared by both allies and foes alike.
However, he had a secret that he could not tell other demons.

The anime will premiere in July.
