The previously announced anime adaptation of My Instant Death Ability Is So Overpowered, No One in This Other World Stands a Chance Against Me series unveiled a teaser trailer and a teaser visual earlier today. The anime will premiere in January 2024.
Studio Okuruto Noboru (Tomodachi Game) is animating the My Instant Death Ability Is So Overpowered, No One in This Other World Stands a Chance Against Me anime, under the direction of Masakazu Hishida. Jou Aoba is in charge of the series composition, while Sayuri Sakimoto does the character designs. The main cast includes:
- Miyu Tomita as Tomochika
- Koki Uchiyama as Yogiri
- Yui Horie as Sion
- Tomoko Kaneda as Mokomoko
The anime is based on a light novel by Tsuyoshi Fujitaka. The series originally started on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website in February 2016. It got picked up by Earth Star Entertainment in October of the same year and published in print with illustrations by Chisato Naruse. A manga adaptation by Hanamaru Hanto is currently ongoing.
J-Novel Club licensed both the light novel and manga in English, and describes the story:
