It started on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website in 2019, while Kodansha acquired it in 2021 and has published three volumes as of April 2023. There is also a manga adaptation by Chika Mizube, which is also published by Kodansha and has released nine volumes so far. The manga is available in English via Kodansha USA.

The fantasy romance manga follows Melphiera Marchalrayd, a noble lady who loves eating monsters. She meets the “Blood-Mad Duke” of Galbraith, and is on a mission to change the public opinion that eating monsters is bad and prove that it can be delicious.
