The anime series for the Rinkai! mixed media project will premiere this April 9, as announced earlier this week with a trailer and visual. TMS Entertainment and Studio 6 are animating the project.
Takaaki Ishiyama is directing the series, with Hideki Shirane handling the series composition. Meanwhile, Hiromi Ono designing the characters, and Shuichiro Fukuhiro, Yoshihei Ueda and Mana Hirano are composing the music. The theme songs include “Windshifter” by Rico Sasaki as the opening theme and “Override!” which will be performed by the whole main cast as the ending theme. The cast includes:

- Azusa Aoi as Nana Hiratsuka
- Rena Hasegawa as Miko Yahiko
- Saika Kitamori as Sachi Nagoya
- Riho Sugiyama as Kinusa Takamatsu
- Minami Hinata as Ai Kumamoto
- Rico Sasaki as Tsutsuji Kurume
- Hinako Takahashi as Remi Hiroshima
- Hikaru Tono as Momoka Tamano
- Yu Wakui as Remu Tachikawa
- Mariko Higashiuchi as Miyako Mukomachi
Aside from the anime series, a manga titled Rinkai! Azalea by Kiyoshi Yamane will be serialized in Amazia’s Manga Bang! service in the second quarter of this year. The official site describes the mixed-media project as:
