Naruse from Edelweiss (original creator): “I’m Naruse from Edelweiss. We’ve made a big splash with three new projects! You’ll get to meet Sakuna and Kokorowa again. And there seems to be a new, unfamiliar character as well…? I can’t help but worry if we’re overdoing it with so many projects, but this is all thanks to your tremendous support. Please continue to support Sakuna and her friends going forward…!”

Koichi from Edelweiss (original creator): I’m Koichi from Edelweiss. Lately, it feels like I’m involved not only in development but also in production. While we’re not at a stage where I can say much beyond ‘we’re working on it,’ we’re always planning and moving forward in some way. With the help of many talented individuals, we’re expanding the world of Sakuna content even further. I hope you’re looking forward to it!”

Shoji Soma (Line Producer, P.A. Works): “As a fan, I’m so happy to see the world of Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin continue to grow. And now, we’ve announced a sequel for the anime! I’m excited to see what kind of story we’ll be able to deliver to everyone this time. As part of the Sakuna team, I’ll continue to give it my all, so please look forward to more updates! Once again, ‘Rice is power!'”
