Slow Loop Anime Reveals First Promotional Video and a Key Visual

The official website for “Slow Loop” anime revealed the first key visual and a promotional video for the series. The series will premiere in January 2022. Studio CONNECT will take care of the series production.

The anime is based on a manga of the same name by Maiko Uchino. What’s more, the manga has 4 compiled volumes as of now. “Slow Loop” tells the story of Hiyori, a girl who likes fly fishing by the beach, a thing that her late father showed her. One day at the beach, she meets Koharu, who is her new stepsister from her mother’s new marriage.

Noriaki Akitaya will be taking care of the anime adaptation as the director. Yuka Yamada is responsible for the series composition while Sachiko Takimoto will take care of the character design as well as the animation direction.

The anime series was announced in December 2020 in the Manga Time Kirara Forward magazine. Back then, the author drew an illustration to celebrate the announcement of the “Slow Loop” anime adaptation.
