Summer Time Rendering revealed a preview for episode 20 which is titled “All Is Not Lost.” and set to air on August 25. The episode will focus on a battle between Shinpei, who is backed by his friends, and the Shadows led by Heine. OLM-animated series is streaming on Disney+ and will have a total of 25 episodes.

The synopsis is described as:
Hizuru and Karikiri engage in a fierce battle. Rosencrantz and Guildenstern, controlled by Tokiko, join in and the battle becomes even more intense. Meanwhile, Shinpei and Mio’s Shadow head for the other Karikiri.
Mio’s Shadow stabbed and killed Karikiri without hesitation, but when the shadow moved on, it found Tokiko on the verge of dying. Saying that she was saved by Hizuru and Nezu, Tokiko pleads with Shinpei to go to Hizuru and the others immediately.
Summer Time Rendering is based on a suspense-mystery manga by Yasuki Tanaka. Shonen Jump+ online magazine serialized it from 2017 to 2021.
The manga is available on Shueisha’s MANGA Plus platform. The plot is described as:
Upon hearing of Ushio’s death, Shinpei returns to his hometown of Wakayama City on Hitogashima and reunites with his childhood friend’s family. The funeral goes smoothly, but under the surface something strange is brewing on the island. What mysteries await him on this secluded summer island?
