The Aristocrat’s Otherworldly Adventure: Serving Gods Who Go Too Far revealed a new trailer and a key visual, along with April 2 premiere date.
Studios EMT Squared and Magic Bus are animating the adaptation of the isekai light novel. The anime was announced in August and Crunchyroll will be streaming it. Noriyuki Nakamura is directing the anime. The April 2023 premiere date for The Aristocrat’s Otherworldly Adventure was revealed last month, with a trailer. The main cast includes:
- Yoshino Nanjo as Cain von Silford
- Mihari Hanai as Raine von Silford
- Aya Uchida as Silk von Santana
- Manaka Iwami as Telestia Esfort
- Natsu Yorita as Silvia
The anime is based on the Chronicles of an Aristocrat Reborn in Another World (Tensei Kizoku no Isekai Boukenroku: Jichou wo Shiranai Kamigami no Shi to) light novel series written by Yashu and illustrated by Mo. The series originally started on Shosetsuka ni Naro in 2016, but was later picked up by Hifumi Shobo under the Saga Forest imprint. The light novel currently has 6 volumes out. A manga adaptation with Nini’s art is currently ongoing on Mag Garden’s Mag Comi website. A total of eight volumes are out. Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga and published the first 5 volumes, with the sixth one being scheduled for March 2023. The anime’s licensed title is different from the light novel’s.
Seven Seas describes the plot as:
Teenager Shiinya Kazuya died while saving young girls from an attacker, only to find himself reincarnated into a world of swords and magic. It was a dream come true! Though he remembers his life and knowledge of Earth, he is now Cain von Silford, the third son of an aristocrat. Being granted the protection of the gods on his fifth birthday turned out to be too much of a good thing for Cain. His stats and boosts are so powerful, he must hide his real abilities to climb the ranks of society as he descends into the darkest dungeons. The ultimate isekai adventure begins as a teen-turned-child is trapped in a beautiful kingdom he didn’t create, but might one day rule!
