The Café Terrace and Its Goddesses Season 2 revealed a new trailer and visual on Tuesday. Studio Tezuka Productions returns to animate the sequel that is set to release in July 2024. Check out the new trailer below:

The Café Terrace and Its Goddesses Season 2 – Teaser Trailer

The first season of The Café Terrace and Its Goddesses aired from April to June 2023 and was directed by Satoshi Kuwabara. Keiichiro Ochi handled the script for the series while Masatsune Noguchi was in charge of the character designs. Shu Kanematsu and Miki Sakurai composed the music. The Café Terrace and Its Goddesses Season 2 – Teaser Visual

The Café Terrace and Its Goddesses anime is based on the manga by Koji Seo which began its serialization in Weekly Shonen Magazine on February 17, 2021. The ongoing manga currently has 13 volumes published with the next one set to release on February 16, 2024. Kodansha USA picked up the English license for the series in 2022 and has since released the first ten volumes.

Kodansha USA describes the plot as:
When Hayato’s grandmother passed, he planned to sell her rundown café on the shore—not realizing that it was also home to five young women who call themselves her family?! Their desperation to keep the café open convinces Hayato to give it a shot…but even their best intentions might not be enough to make it work! And can he even work with these five unruly women? No matter what, he’s got his work cut out for him! A fun new romcom by the author of Fuuka and Suzuka!

The Café Terrace and Its Goddesses manga has over 1.4 million copies in circulation as of February 2024.
