On 30 August 2020, the upcoming anime The New Prince of Tennis: Hyoutei vs. Rikkai – Game of Future released a new teaser visual. The new series will have two parts which are slated to premiere early Spring 2021. The said anime will be produced by Studio KAI, M.S.C under the direction of Keiichiro Kawaguchi, Mitsutaka Hirota as the scriptwriter, and Akiharu Ishii as the character designer.
