TONIKAWA: Over The Moon For You (Tonikaku Kawaii) Season 2 has revealed the opening video ahead of the anime show’s April 7 premiere date. Studio Seven Arcs is in charge of the animation, and you can watch the opening:
Ikehata Hiroshi is directing, with Kazuho Hyodo supervising the series composition and Masakatsu Sasaki as the character designer. Endou is composing the music and both the opening and ending theme songs are sung by the main character Tsukasa Yuzaki. Watch the latest trailer:
The voice cast for Tonikaku Kawaii Season 2 consists of:
- Akari Kito as Tsukasa Yuzaki
- Junya Enoki as Nasa Yuzaki
- Yu Serizawa as Kaname Arisugawa
- Sumire Uesaka as Aua Arisugawa
- Konomi Kohara as Chitose Kaginoji
- Kazuyuki Okitsu as Ginga Onimaru
- Shiori Mikami as Nakiri Ouka
- Kuno Misaki Kuno as Kyuuma Kagami
- Fumi Hirano as Tokiko Tsukuyomi
The anime is based on the manga series by Kenjiro Hata. Shogakukan has been serializing it since 2018, and it currently has 22 volumes in circulation. Viz Media is publishing the manga series in English and describes the plot as:
From the day his parents named him, Nasa Yuzaki has felt connected to outer space…whether he likes it or not. His efforts to outperform the space program veer off course when an accident introduces him to Tsukasa, a mysterious girl with strange powers. Is she an alien, a moon goddess or something else? Since she insists on marrying him, Nasa will have plenty of chances to find out!
